Mohamad Nor Fatihin Abshar Bin Mohd Nor Azam is a licensed and qualified Financial Planning Practitioner with a Forensic Science Degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian and a Registered Financial Planner. Fatihin obtained his Qualified Islamic Financial Planning (IFP) by Financial Planning Association Malaysia (FPAM) in collaboration with the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM). He is also a Qualified Shariah Registered Financial Planners (Shariah-RFP) by MFPC in collaboration with The Global University of Islamic Finance (INCEIF).

Since he started practicing in 2018, he has been a platform speaker, trainer, and moderator. His’ Retirement Planning Training for LHDN Top Executive is a big success, the beginning steppingstone as recognitional known as Estate Planning Expert by MyPusaka.Info. For university level, he gives a talk for University Utara Malaysia (UUM) Lecturer in Financial Planning Real Practice, He also featured in various publications like newspapers and online magazines. His article “Apabila Suami Meninggal, Rumah Jadi Milik Siapa?” was published in Mingguan Wanita, The Vocket, and few others. Recently, he has appeared in Radio Zayan for the Hibah Wasiat Pusaka slot. Through the years he has specialized in understanding financial planning needs and develop customized plans to suit retail and corporate clients.

He has had 8 years of experience in business, mainly involving sales and marketing where he started in Takaful Industry under Prudential BSN Takaful. Upon newly appointed as a rookie agent, within 6 months he achieved his highest achievement as Top Rookie Prudential Nationwide consecutively for Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 in 2016. He then realized that he could go further, so he took a step ahead join one of the in Philip Wealth Planners and he is recognized as Best Recruiter, Top Advisor for his performances and Top Unit Manager in the year 2017 and 2018. Being motivated by his true potential, he then later evolved to be Financial Planning Services where his passion is until the present time. November 2019, he set up AIC Partners SDN BHD as his new milestone in this Financial Planning Services, together with 6 senior partners.
